To accommodate the recent change of spring break in Ontario, and in response to feedback from directors,
we have moved the dates by one week to April 28 – 30.

The registration deadline is now March 5.
The deadline for submission of recordings is April 16.

Our aim is to make things as easy as possible for you in this challenging year.

Two ways to participate:

Record/Live: submit an audio-video recording of your ensemble and schedule a live, online feedback session with an adjudicator hosted by the Conn-Selmer Educational Institute. Online sessions will be scheduled for April 28 – 30

Record/Record: submit an audio-video recording of your ensemble and receive a recorded audio-video commentary from an adjudicator.

Recordings to include one or more musical selections, but must be under 30 minutes in total length.
Recordings must be from this school year (September 2020 to April 2021)
Recordings are due by Friday, April 16. A link will be sent for the uploading of recordings & scores.

Fees: A single price inclusive of GST and regardless of ensemble size.

Record/Live: $425
Record/Record: $355

Fees are 100% refundable
up to 48 hours in advance of the festival should your school or program face unforeseen COVID-19 restrictions. A copy of the health order or school notification of closure will be required.

We hope to see all of you in person in 2022 but until then, we look forward to welcoming you and your ensemble to
Con Brio CloudFest 2021!
